RETURNS

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Our products are made in small batches and handcrafted to ensure the highest quality, and your satisfaction is important to us. Purchases made directly from our site are eligible for an exchange or return with a store credit within seven days of receipt and only if the item is unopened and unused. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for the return/exchange; original shipping costs are not reimbursed. 

You can email us at hi@ommjam.com with your Order Number, and we will assist you with the process. 

MY PRODUCT DID NOT ARRIVE UP TO PAR, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We take full responsibility for the quality of our products. If, for some reason, you find that the product integrity is compromised, please immediately reach out to us at hi@ommjam.com with your Order Number and a picture of the issue within 48 hours of receipt, and we will take care of you. 

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ONCE IS OPENED OR SLIGHTLY USED?

No. Unfortunately, given the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened items.
